The apartment – Royal Park 8D, entrance I

Magnificent 8th floor apartment of 132 m2 with a fantastic view from the corner terrace over the Mediterranean, the town and up into the mountains.

Out on the 25 m2 corner terrace there is sun from morning to evening.

Mijas (the white city) lies with a beautiful outlook from the apartment and “chiseled” into the mountain to the northwest.

The apartment, which was renovated in April / May 2018, is very bright and is decorated in the more modern style.

There is a large communal pool belonging to the building. Walking distance to the beach. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars, bus etc.

In the living room there is a dining table with chairs and a nice sofa arrangement, where you can relax with eg. English TV.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking plus a fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

There are 3 double bedrooms and there is air conditioning that can both heat and cool.

There are 2 lovely bathrooms.

There are a total of 8 beds. (in the living room the sofa can easily be changed to double bed).

From the living room, which naturally has air conditioning and from one of the bedrooms there is direct access to the large corner terrace.

From the southeast / southwest facing terrace you can enjoy the view (pool, town and sea) and the sun.

There is also plenty of room. Chairs and tables are on the terrace so you have the opportunity to sit and enjoy your food with a wonderful view in the sun.

The beach is very clean, safe and family friendly. There is a bus stop 150 meters from the apartment; the bus goes to the train and to the center of Fuengirola where the beach can also be visited.

Jette or Lotte will take really good care of you when you arrive. Tour and key delivery will take place and if you have any questions, they are there for you.
